 Are you sure?
Flip is used to her brother's friend Duncan hanging about in the shed, doing what boys do with old computers. She's a bit puzzled when he invites her to attend the AgriFair. She's even more puzzled when he presents her with a duck.
More economical than a bunch of roses opines her dad.
Flip brushes it off. She wonders what Duncan might have in mind for their next outing but it seems the trip to the AgriFair was a one-off.
That was a short romance, says Dad. 
Flip brushes that off too. But when she starts to believe there's something weird about the duck that doesn't brush off so easily.
